SAT II

The SAT II Subject Tests are a series of tests that test a student’s proficiency in a particular subject. Highly desired by college admissions teams, the SAT II Subject Tests are a vital component for any student who is looking to apply for any Ivy League or competitive university. Based on an 800 point score, the SAT II Subject Tests are infamous for their difficulty. However at Top 1 Education Center, our programs are designed to give students the necessary tools and skills they need to maximize their performance on the SAT II Subject Test in order to get them one step closer to the colleges of their dreams. Not only are our programs taught by trained professionals, but our instructors have helped many students perform exceedingly well on the SAT II Subject Test, with many of them scoring a full 800!

 

SAT II BIOLOGY

This program is designed for students who are planning to take either the SAT II Biology subject test. The instructor teaching this course is an experienced biology teacher who is not only an expert on the material covered on the exam, but also an attentive and professional individual who will teach students important test taking skills needed to ace the test. At Top 1 Education Center, we believe learning ahead will allow students to achieve  higher GPA’s as well as build stronger foundations for future academic success. Therefore we also welcome all students who are taking any level of biology course in high school. The skills and knowledge gained by taking this course will prepare students who are planning to pursue a future career in health sciences. This will also be offered during the fall semester.

 

SAT II CHEMISTRY

Our SAT II Chemistry program is designed for students are are planning to take the SAT II Chemistry test. The instructor for this program is a professional and experienced chemistry teacher who will help students exceed their limits by proving ample practice assignments that will include classwork and homework assignments. The program will not only cover and explore concepts taught in honors-level chemistry courses, but will also teach students important test-taking skills and strategies that will help maximize test scores. Therefore, for students who wish to learn ahead and gain an upper hand over their classmates, this program is an excellent opportunity.

 

SAT II MATH

This program is designed for students who are planning to take the SAT II Math test in preparation for college admissions. The material covered in this program includes math concepts that are covered in high school courses up until and including Pre-Calculus. For students who have not yet taken Pre-Calculus, this program is an excellent opportunity to learn ahead since our instructor is a teacher who has many years of experience teaching high school and college level mathematics. In this program, students will learn not only important math concepts, but will also learn important problem solving and test taking skills that are guarenteed to maximize test scores.

 

SAT II PHYSICS

This program is designed for students who are planning to take the SAT II Physics test in preparation for college admissions. The material covered in this program includes physics concepts taught in high school courses ranging from mechanics to electricity and magnetism. For students who have not yet taken physics mechanics or physics electricity and magnetism, this program is an excellent opportunity to learn ahead since our instructor is a teacher who has many years of experience teaching high school and college level physics courses. In this program, students will learn not only important math concepts, but will also learn important problem solving and test taking skills that are guarenteed to maximize test scores.

 

SAT II HISTORY (US OR WORLD)

This program is designed for students who are planning to take the SAT II History test in preparation for college admissions. The material covered in this program includes the material taught in high school history courses. We offer this program for SAT II World History as well as SAT II US History. For students who have not yet taken any history courses or would like to brush up on their history, this program is an excellent opportunity to learn ahead and reinforce concepts since our instructor has many years of experience teaching high school and college level history courses. In this program, instructors will teach students not only the tools needed to maximize their scores, but also how to critically analyze problems and texts which is an important skill for any student.
